Orchid Fields

The focus of this interior collection is to celebrate the transient qualities of our modern world and our global ethnicity. The underlying inspiration for the project was the vibrancy and colour that surrounded my childhood in Indonesia.

The collection explores innovative textile techniques, such as vacuum formed rubber, with the traditional qualities of tufted rugs. By combining the rugs with exotic printed fabrics, I hope to have created a stirring experience for the eyes as well as a sensual one for the feet.
